Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have an issue with your order, email us at store@smiproperties.com within 30 days of your purchase date and we will work with you to find a resolution.

Returns and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. A return label will be provided via email once your return is approved.

Custom-embroidered items are produced specifically to your order and are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a defect or fulfillment error on our part.
